Ray Tracing is a method of graphics rendering that simulates the physical behavior of light. In other words, it renders graphics in such a way that it makes you feel like it’s happening in real life. NVIDIA has already made real-time ray tracing possible with ‘NVIDIA RTX’ the first-ever real-time ray-tracing GPU.
Dying Light 2 System Requirements
The player should be able to run the game on low settings at 1080p with a 1050ti card. However, even with the RTX 3080, players can push the resolution and FPS in 1080p @60fps. The game is actually recommending a powerful GPU like 3080 to run on 1080p.
Dying Light 2 can seem to be a dangerous decision for the player who wants the best of the game should have loads of money to spend on a GPU like RTX 3080. From what Techland has given us an experience on Dying Light 2 so far, it is definitely the best-looking game with some insane technical art. The biggest concern here is the system requirements. Dying light 2 is set to come out on February 4, 2022. We already got some hands-on experience with the game. From the experience, the story wasn’t really impressive but the first-person parkour and combat were really satisfying in the game. Technically, RTX 3080 just barely made it to the recommended section of the system requirements, even if it fits in very well it can easily go beyond full HD gaming. Dying Light 2 might be one of the best-looking games ever, but the same performance with RTX 2080 and the 3080 at the same resolution might seem a bit unpleasant. It should essentially mean that the gameplay is far better on an RTX 3080 compared to the other card but for the Dying Light 2, it doesn’t seem the case here. If it actually takes a 3080 to play the game on 1080p with everything set to high one can only imagine what it is that they can do to play the game on 4k, that is if it is possible.
